Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer flat rate shipping to Canada and the United States. All orders over $70 are eligible for free shipping to Canada, and over $150 to the USA.
International Shipping
Shipping charges for outside Canada and USA will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Fix Your Crown Apothecary is not responsible for these charges and are your responsibility as the customer.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available for orders within 35 km. There is a $5 charge for local deliveries.
For cash on delivery(COD) payments, be prepared to pay for your order at delivery. We will contact you via email to notify you when your order will be delivered.
Please send e-transfer payments to hello@fixyourcrown.ca Once your payment is received, you will receive an email letting you know when your order will be delivered.
How Do I Check My Order Status?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@fixyourcrown.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O Boxes
We ship to P.O Boxes in Canada only.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We want to ensure you are happy with your order. Please let us know if you have any concerns. Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not offer returns but we will consider replacements. We will treat each order personally and do what we can to make you happy.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@fixyourcrown.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
